Thank you for contacting us.

As you already know easyJet decided to collect the new communal tax from all passengers who made a booking before 2nd November for all Italian flights scheduled from 27th October onwards. This degree also regards the flights, which have already been taken.

I need to confirm, that if some of the passengers in the reservation did not take flights with us, there is no need to pay the additional tax for them. Generally speaking, emails confirmation should be send to all our passengers, who made the reservation before 2nd November. This is usually system generated information and should reach all of our passengers sooner or later.

I need to advise you this is a decision outside of easyJet control and if you refuse to pay , it may affect your ability to fly with easyJet in future .
